@StoppableSan Not sure on exact time but it would have been after 12pm by the time I got to this part of the zoo.
I've always found the zoo's bears to be very active. I regularly see them play fighting and splashing in their pools. Not often I see all three run a lap around the entire habitat on both levels, though!
