I think one of the Artibeus sp. But there are multiple species living in Costa Rica, and they are all very similar.
 
Sent this to a friend of mine who's great with Bat IDs and he said:

"yes, definitely a large Artibeus. I reckon A. jamaicensis is more likely than lituratus as they roost more commonly in buildings (lituratus day-roosts more often in foliage) but hard to be certain without getting an idea of relative size. And lituratus is generally only slightly less abundant in lowlands."
