I think this is one of the sailfin lizards, genus Hydrosaurus.

Seconded. We have many H. pustulatus in the country, as well as several H. weberi.

Maybe Weber’s because they’re the most common in captivity

@Dodo2 Interesting - by "captivity" do you mean in zoological facilities or the private trade? In US zoos at least my findings were that Philippine was noticeably more common than Weber's.

This facility had 3 Sailfin species:

Weber's Sailfin Dragon
Ambling Sailfish Dragon
Unfortunately being caught in the middle of a thunderstorm didn't allow me to get the full frontal pictures of exhibits with signage that I would have liked, but I can do some digging. Thank you for the help
