Screen shot from video. Turns out the rule is set so people don’t accidentally flash then. Took a video and took screenshots of it. Another member here said the keepers don’t care or enforce the rule.
better to have taken a video than used flash. even if it's not enforced, use of flash can be harmful and stressful to fish, especially deepwater species like this Peppermint Angelfish, that are unused to bright light. plus, in my experience, photos of fish in aquariums taken with flash look awful. surely your camera has an option to turn off flash?
