I think, Berlin Zoo has a lot of good exhibits and just a few, which are not very good.
The Okapi exhibit is not really bad, but there are much better okapi exhibits in germany.

I thought the opposite, that the majority of it was bad lol
The bear enclosures, the big cat exhibits (apart from the lion's and tigers), the elephants enclosure and quite a few of the ape enclosures were all far to small and outdated for my liking. I did however love the nocturnal house and the hippo's enclosures.

I agree with you, the zoo will change(and must change it), so the next big thing will be the lion house. It is now almost empty. The new rebuild nocturnal house is now much better for the animals, but a lot of species had to go for that.

That's good. I hope they use all the money they raised through Knut to rebuild a lot of the older enclosures.

@ashley-h. I hope so they will use the"Knut money"for the renovation of oldere xhibits.
@okapikpr. Thats not a pond, its the water ditch, but the okapi can use it, but they don't. Never heared from swimming okapis.

i really like the look of berlin zoo and glad to see it improving, but it's a shame that it seems like bao bao will be the last pada in germany
