I do wonder why it is that wing-clipped birds live in this aviary if it is not open-top like a default flamingo lake?
May be a bit harsh, but I wouldn't be too distraught not to see this enclosure return in 2024.

I think maybe there was a fox attack which resulted in them moving to an aviary. Others might know or remember more.

@Mr Gharial @Leaf Productions Just in case you didn't know, Bristol Zoo is closing permanently and relocating to their sister site, hence the skeptical comment made by @PossumRoach...

Well, that's a real shame! I hope they rebuild aviaries like this (though I would assume so, with Europe moving away from wing clipping)
