Quite a nice looking enclosure.

It would've been nicer if they had access indoors as well (inside the dome), with possibly an underwater viewing.
 
@Jambo It could potentially be a massive exhibit if the water channels connecting the exhibits (one pic to the right) is kept open; but I suspect it will be closed off and used to accomodate the two bachelor groups (one on each side). I like the idea of the otters having access to the tropical dome. I guess they want to restrict it to reptiles and fish.
 
@Jambo Last I heard, it’ll just house reptiles and fish. It’s a shame that birds will have zero representation throughout an otherwise groundbreaking precinct. A species like Java sparrow would be easy to acquire and would take up minimal room.
 
@Zoofan15 Very true. I'd initially envisioned the dome to have birds, reptiles and fish. If there isn't the space for an aviary elsewhere, they could've easily acquired a few species to be put in the tropical dome. Maybe they want the reptiles such as Gharial to have open aired enclosures and such; as they'd have to be netted if birds were introduced.
