@devilfish that is a strombus, genus Conomurex (possibly Conomurex luhuanus), not a cone snail.
The fish is a shrimpfish (also known as razorfish), subfamily Centriscinae. There are four species, but I would not be able to say which this is, as I don't know how to distinguish them.
