I think that sign was written by a chimpanzee, as it is filled with grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and bizarre capitalization. Monkies? Audad? ect? Good grief!
So much effort put into a sign that is.....just pointing out water bowls?
It does make me wonder if the zoo had a brush with the law or got into trouble concerning the welfare of their animals, and that this sign was put up as a reaction so that observers are made abundantly aware that their animals have access to water.
Note the use of all-capitalized words in the 2nd paragraph; it reads like they are responding to criticism.
@Astrotom3000 That's what I assume it's about, as well. Lix bowls can be nice, but they're difficult to clean and can retain a lot of bacteria because of their shape.
