Vulture at Beekse Bergen

This vulture was smaller than the adult Rüppells. I'm not sure about the ID.
Looking at the feather pattern (mainly the white stripe down the middle of every feather), I think it's a Eurasian griffon vulture. (White-backed vultures are not held in the aviary, only in the show)
 
@Mr Gharial Makes sense, but didn't think about that. Given the smaller size and darker color it would have to be juvenile griffon then?
