Senegal coucal looks completly different ( saw them numberous times while in the Gambia ) and also Great spotted cuckoo has a different apperace. I was myself thinking of the red-chested cuckoo but also this one doesn't seem to fit but it can be that the photo is not perfect and not al details of the bird can be see that well.
Levaillant's cuckoo (Clamator levaillantii) and Jacobin cuckoo (Clamator jacobinus) could also be possible, but I'm only going off the contrast between the wing and the belly. Other than that, there really aren't enough details to be sure. I'm still leaning toward great spotted because of the pattern on the wing
It's a female (or maybe immature) Klaas' Cuckoo Chrysococcyx klaas. Against the light the photo isn't the best, but note the undertail pattern, wing-barring, etc.
