Beautiful shot ! What do you think of the new okapi complex at Branféré ?
 
@Gil That it is probably the best in Europe. It is not only natural but also very large, much more than all I've ever seen for these specie. The building as well works quite well and have four large inner boxes plus some kind of indoor enclosure visible from the public and accessible during the day. Maybe the only question will be is it not too large (of course it is never too large but does people will stay sufficiently longer to spot the animals ?)
Let's see how it evolves with time but this simple yet excellent exhibit need to be seen !

I must have to go to Branféré, given all the great enclosures they already had, adding this okapi complex is a brilliant idea, especially when you describe how great it is. How many okapis can it house ? Because it will certainly be a brilliant place for the EEP to rely on.
