Sorry, that's actually a White-winged Dove. They're closely related by White-winged Doves don't have the black spots on the wing or the pointed tail of the Mourning Dove. They also have a patch of exposed blue skin around the eye and the characteristic white bar on the leading edge of the wing when perched. Thanks for posting this excellent photo!
