South America house

When I visited I believe it was closed, but I don't believe it was due to Covid. Is it freshly renovated ?

@JoJo22 I remember Howler monkeys and capuchin monkeys were housed in what looked like a temporary "cage", closeby was a Pudu exhibit I believe.
Did the monkey move to this house ?

@Rayane As of my visit (06/07/2022), neither were in the house. The howlers were in with Black-faced ibis, Bronze-winged duck and Guira cuckoo in an aviary and the capuchins were in a row of aviaries with other monkey species next to them.

The house did have some monkeys though: I remember Red-handed tamarin, Silvery marmoset, Golden lion tamarin and White-faced saki at least.

@Rayane Those temporary cages have been there for as long as I can remember, so close to 15 years now and the Capuchins haven't moved back to the renovated house (and won't I assume). There are also still some howler monkeys there, but there are groups of them next to the S-America house and behind the scenes of the S-America house too, so it has been emptied somewhat. The macaws are also still in the "temporary" accomodation.

Bar howler monkeys, capuchins and macaws the temporary part is basically empty now.

@Mehdi Yes, that should be all the monkey species currently in there (+ the howlers behind the scenes, though I think you can get a glimpse of their cage from inside the house)
@lintworm That about sums up how long the house was being renovated :D
