Humboldt Exhibit 1/4

The Humboldt exhibit at SeaWorld San Diego. This exhibit is behind the scenes behind the Shipwreck Rapids ride. The exhibit is an old Sea Otter exhibit. The penguins used to live in a sea net enclosure on the bay behind the park before they moved the otters. The exhibit also holds cormorants.
@evilmonkey239 There just isn’t a place for them in the park. Staff has also said they are an important breeding colony for the Humboldt ssp so they keep them away from visitors. If you want to see them then you can see them during inside look weekends or backstage tours.
