It was a great decision to swap exhibits between the Indian Gharials and the Saltwater Crocodile. The gharial pair, and the 20 plus Burmese Roofed Turtles that now share the exhibit, are much more active.
The only thing is that I heard from the caretakers that the gharials are not adjusting very well, they used to eat very well in the previous exhibit, but over here the male I believe has not been his usual self.
