I like life-size models of recently extinct species much better than dinosaur models, because you can actually look at them thinking "humans lived alongside these creatures" and it is so much easier to visualise how that would have been than just looking at a picture of one in a book. I mean, imagine if lizards the size of this one were still alive in Australia and one could just come wandering through your backyard.

That's exactly why I waited to include these people were in the shot - to illustrate how large the species was.
