Azamat Shackleford 9 Aug 2022 @ralph Yeah, this one appeared near an adventure park we visited. One of guides noted a tapir was nursed to health around the area not too long ago, and either that individual or its calf is the animal pictured here.

ralph 10 Aug 2022 I think I saw the same individual back in 2017. It saw a female with an already quite grown-up youngster. This tapir could be any of those 2.
