American Alligator (Alligator mississippiensis)

Great photo, but that's not an alligator, it's a crocodile; you can tell by the more interlocking teeth, narrower snout, with the skull tapering to a V shape. Considering its relatively broad, robust skull, I think it might be a Nile, saltwater or Siamese crocodile.
