May I ask where this was taken, and was there more than one bird?

Just the one, on Lashbrook Rd, Thule. About 25kms east of Barham.

I only saw the one, but there are more. A couple of weeks after I was there someone saw four.

Are these farmed animals or an introduced species?

They may have been farmed at one point, but now considered to be feral.
