Looks like either a black headed weaver or a village weaver

@Mr Gharial they are the same thing. But I agree it is that species

Bllack-headed weaver (Ploceus melanocephalus) or Village weaver (Ploceus cucullatus), two different species

The chestnut collar at the back of the neck shows it's an adult male village weaver.
