Humboldt Penguin

Can anyone touch the penguins or is this a special, paid encounter?

@snowleopard the penguins can move on the path but I think it's not wanted that people pet the Penguins. In this incident the penguins was almost completely surrounded by people but at least he didn't seemed to be stressed.
