I did see San Diego's Ethiopian Mountain Adder in a different terrarium. This does look more like a Puff Adder but the dark coloration with light bands is throwing me off.
Yeah looking at it now the banding is wrong for Ethiopian Mountain - I was thrown off too because the lighting made some of the scales look that yellowish-green color parviocula has. Sorry for the mistake.
