What did you think of Southwicks when you went TinoPup? I used to love going as a kid, but I haven’t gone back in over ten years and by now I have a poor memory of what it was like. I am planning on finally returning this summer, but right now I am not sure what to think about the place— especially considering how divisive it has been on this site in discussions such as one where a group of us tried to rank the zoos of New England.
@ZooElephantsMan I hadn't been since I was a little kid either, though that was more like 25+ years than ten Visually, it looked a bit better than I was expecting. And the EARTH building had some interesting stuff. But overall it still comes across as more commercial than conservation driven, and there's still shady stuff BTS. Their paths are also super confusing and the bathrooms suck.
