African Savannah at Berlin Zoo, 31/08/11

Mixed paddock in the extension area for Greater Kudu, Blesbok, Springbok, South African Ostrich and Helmeted Guineafowl.

There are various buildings outside the zoo boundary around this area that must have some great views!

That apartment block to the rear of the paddock, which is, I think, newly built this year, must be one of the most desirable places to live in Europe: typical, stylish German architecture, in the hub of a great city - and with views of serow, blesbok, wild horses... I can think of nothing better.
