@Zoological Point Sorry reply so late, thanks to note this, I'm not so sure about the subspecies of the wolf, Woodland Park Zoo just call it "Gray Wolf" on their website, and some zoochatters use the "Arctic Wolf" name to call these hound. But I think the exhibition is mean to educate public about the native (introduced knowledge) wolf of Washington.
