the name "Swine house" is false advritising it seems, because it is exhibeting peccaries and not pigs, and peccaries belong to the family tayassuidae and not suidae like pigs do

As Chli says, it has both - as well as the peccaries it holds Red River Hogs and Babirusa.

I think Swine House sounds nicer than Suoidea House anyway.

What is the name in German, "Schwein Haus"?

I think it would be 'Schweinhaus' (all one word) but yes!

It's 'Schweinehaus'. And Pekari is in German also 'Nabelschwein', so the word 'Schwein' (Pig) is in it
