Black-headed Weaver

These birds remind me of female/juvenile Black-Headed Weavers (Ploceus melanocephalus), but considering there are three species of closely related weavers within the Scripps Aviary (Black-Headed, Reichenow’s, and Taveta), it's very feasible that these could be hybrids.

@BerdNerd Do either Reichenow's or Taveta ever have the red eyes? If not then I'm inclined to agree with Black-headed.

A quick search on the web revealed that no, neither Reichenow's or Taveta have red eyes; therefore these are almost certainly Black-Headed.
