Pink Tree

Can anyone ID this tree species??? Taken on 3-17-22.

I'm not certain but it looks like one of the Ceiba species. This is a group of South American trees that includes the Floss Silk Tree. Some of them have smooth trunks such as this one and other have thorny trunks like Ceiba chodatii. It looks like a pale specimen of Ceiba speciosa, the Pink Floss Silk Tree.
