@SwampDonkey So this is where I saw the Malayan Tapirs in 2012! It's such a shame to see how this zoo has gone downhill since my visit. To be honest, it wasn't even that great a zoo back then and the surrounding neighbourhood is very rough.
@snowleopard yeah, the surrounding area is really rough. At least they were re-paving in front of the zoo itself. But within 1/2 mile there were at least 3 burned out buildings, many vacant buildings, etc.
