This has to be their best monkey exhibit. I would have loved to have seen Taronga’s monkey hill from the earlier years.
 
@akasha An earlier example was Monkey Hill, which opened at London Zoo in 1925. It housed Hamadryas baboon and the exhibit turned into a massacre due to the high ratio of males (over 100 males to 6 females). Apparently it was such a spectacle that interest in the exhibit dwindled as females were added and the troop stabilised.
