The lower level of the exhibit features 2 elliptical shaped tanks and an overhead window for viewing the penguins underwater. There is also a restaurant to the left of the photo that has a view of one of the tanks.

What is really astonishing is the amount of space at Bird Paradise. All the many walk-through aviaries appear to have wide pathways and Penguin Cove seems more than capable of being able to accommodate vast crowds.
