Jaw-dropping...wow! It looks a bit like the huge South American aviary at Doue la Fontaine.

American zoos like Santa Barbara and Reid Park are now annoyed that Singapore has topped their own parrots on a stick 'exhibits'. ;)

*I'm just poking fun at the classic American-style method of showcasing parrots. Both these photos were taken by me back in 2011, so these god-awful areas might not even exist any longer. Hopefully not!

There doesn't appear to be a birds of prey exhibit at Bird paradise, where will the collection of bird of prey species previously at Jurong be displayed? I recall Jurong had a breeding pair of
Philippine eagles, will they be on display at Bird Paradise in a yet to be opened exhibit?

@aw_101 The Philippine Eagles will be at the Winged Sanctuary section which will be ready after the soft opening period. Most of the birds of prey will appear only during the twice daily Predators on Wings show. Almost all the owls have been relocated to Night Safari, except the Burrowing Owls which are housed in Crimson Wetlands.

@aw_101 Winged Sanctuary is a cluster of conventional small aviaries that will house birds that cannot be mixed in the large walk-in aviaries, such as the large hornbills and species which are exceptionally rare. Vultures will appear in the show, except the Hooded Vultures which they are trying to introduce in the Heart of Africa aviary.
