Bee-eaters' Cliff in the Heart of Africa aviary

Designed to make the Northern Carmine Bee-eaters (which have yet to arrive in Singapore) and Northern Bald Ibises feel at home.

I hope they have demonstrations with the bee-eaters, as that is one of my favorite things to see at the Bronx Zoo and this display looks perfect for it.

@nczoofan By bee-eater demonstration, do you mean feeding them (flying) insects?

I have seen a keeper feeding rollers with thrown/flying grasshoppers and that was pretty cool.

@KevinB exactly that. Bronx in particular has a hive on the roof of their bird house where keepers will gather live bees to feed their bee-eaters. Really neat stuff and I agree it would be amazing to see that in this fantastic looking display.

Remember a press release stating they were housing European bee-eaters

@noobmaster69 the European Bee-eaters weren't in the aviary when I visited.
