The fall 2022 renovation saw this dyke removed to make the two section one large plain, and saw the construction of a new walkway and new water bodies at the edge of the plain.

I really do love Beekse Bergen's walkway style, really makes you feel like you're in the middle of the savannah, even despite the non-hidden fencing
