So if anyone is curious, this photograph was taken on the shaded outdoor back patio of a restaurant called Smokey Mo Mesquite Smoked Barbecue here in Tucson. Pardon my digression but man their food was so good that I went there for lunch twice this week. On Wednesday I had their Kansas City style fried chicken with macaroni and cheese and on Thursday I had their two meat two side combo which I got with pulled pork and chicken wings with barbecue sauce and my two sides being potato salad and cornbread.
