This exhibit prompted a number of chuckles from the public during my two days spent at San Diego Zoo. At the bottom of a steep hill there's a Sun Bear exhibit, then moving upwards there are many grottoes (two for each species) for Andean Bears, Grizzly Bears and Sloth Bears. Right in the middle of all those bears is a single goose. Haha! One of those things doesn't fit! This exhibit used to house otters for many years.
@snowleopard This was actually the temporary African penguin exhibit back when the avian flu hit - the one in Africa Rocks is obviously SIGNIFICANTLY better for the birds.
