Hi @Osedax , not my picture but recently returned from Loro Parque.
Quite possibly this is just gate control or something less interesting but it could also be signal equipment for Morgan the rescued deaf orca who only responds to visual cues.
For example she was sent to perform a slide out alongside another orca, one orca slid back in on an audio cue (whistle) before Morgan slid in when a light was turned on.
The park does a great job of describing this in the audio commentary during the show.
