Sicarius 31 Jul 2023 I can confirm that @Ituri is correct. This specimen, just like the whole captive population in the USA and Europe, are scarlet-faced liocichlas (Liocichla ripponi).

CMP 31 Jul 2023 Yes, Liocichla ripponi, the easiest way of differentiating the species is the tail IMO
