@DavidBrown Up until fairly recently, Blackpool Zoo has only ever had an all-female herd. Their first ever bull, Emmett, arrived in 2019 from Whipsnade. There haven't been any calves yet, but they acquired Emmett with the intention of contributing to the European endangered species program, so it could happen one day.
