One of the old cages of the Big cat-house but I can remember also Mandrills were kept in this enclosure. Now the Big cat-house id home to the group of Geladas and this cage is left empty.
@lintworm whenever were the last species kept in these two cages on each side of the house?
Also, I have one more question: could you see the hyenas, lions and tigers in the house before the geladas moved in? I know that they can now be seen indoors.
@felis silvestris I saw the last animals in these cages around 2010. The last inhabitants I remember were Malayan civet and beech marten.
There was also indoor viewing when it was still a carnivore house.
