@Osedax That’s Burma. She was the zoo’s only Asian elephant cow in 2007, but joined by two more cows from Stardust in 2008. Burma was transferred from Taronga to Dubbo in 2005 and died there in 2021.
@Osedax Yes, Herman died in 2006 which is a shame as he died an unrepresented founder. It would have been great if he could have contributed to the regional breeding programme via AI.
