Pool in Congo Caecilian room

This is quite mysterious, and I would be grateful for any information. It is new and very temporary-looking, filled with water, and with occasional ripples on the surface to suggest something lives in there. Yet the Congo Caecilians are a very terrestrial species...
Surely either a giant salamander, or for tadpoles/youngsters of the aquatic caecilians or mountain chickens?

@ShonenJake13 I forgot that the zoo has another three giant salamanders off-display, so that sounds quite plausible. I doubt it is the Cayenne Caecilians, as more individuals of those have arrived, but are being kept with the original male in the Reptile House.
