@SusScrofa I would characterize T&D’s in the same way: what is good is good but what is bad is terrible. The situation is further complicated by the fact that 100% of the animals are rescues. I know many roadsides falsely claim that their animals are rescues, but this place seems more reliable. They have tons of volunteers and each exhibit has a sign with that particular animal’s backstory and where it was confiscated from. But while it’s good that they are rescuing these animals, it is obviously still disappointing that they don’t have enough money to build better accommodations for them.
Back to the bear- the animal had access to around 4 of these cages, which were all connected to each other.
