Given the presence of the butterfly garden and the Amur tiger, this map would have to be from either 2014 or 2015. The butterfly garden first opened in Spring 2014, and the (for the time being) last two Amur tigers at Antwerp both died in the summer of 2015.
I can say for sure it's from 2014. Apart from the things that @KevinB correctly mentions, there is still a Congo peafowl viewable on the location where the koalas came to reside in the spring of 2015.
