Philipine eagle 3 Oct 2023 The white-naped (or white-crowned) mangabeys only were here between 2003-2008 (ZTL). N° 23 (under construction) are the South American enclosures : construction started in 2006 and the South America House (rhea, alpaca, etc) opened in 2007. My guess would be: 2006-2007
