Certainly after 2008 (opening pelican pond) and before 2012 (opening Darwineum).
Probably more 2009 then 2010-11 because otherwise I would expect to see the construction site of the Darwineum on the map.
The historischen Huftieranlagen reopened in autumn 2010 but the map is unclear on this: on all my older maps this enclosure exists but without the label 'historischen huftieranlage'. So the map could date from 2010 or even 2011, but then again there's no indication of the Darwineum.
The enigma is at the left upper corner with the indication of a construction site of a new watusi enclosure. I couldn't find anything on that on the zoo's website nor elsewhere.
