This is a pretty cool place, and being free is a plus. The park is quite nice as well, definitely a hidden gem of a animal facility in the Tampa metro.
@SwampDonkey I stopped off here while on the way to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. I didnt have time to walk the park itself, but I agree it was a nice stopover and always a pleasure seeing different birds of prey. Though theres nothing rare here, they did have a pretty solid collection of raptors as well.
@SusScrofa it's a fairly short loop trail that goes over some nice clear water creeks and past a big bat house. Otherwise there is not much to it, the playground is a nice one for kids. There is also a disc golf course in the larger part of the park next door.
