09/21/2023 - Taken from the Atlantic Explorer Tour Boat (operated by the Virginia Aquarium) off of Virginia Beach. I am not sure about this one; need confirmation and ID.
Seems like Royal yeah, Elegant would have proportionally longer bill, more extent of black might be a characteristic as well as how 'cute'/'scrunched' looking the face is.
