@StoppableSan How was seeing the bats in this exhibit? It looks surprisingly bright inside, but it being outside (?) I wonder about glare being an issue.
@Coelacanth18 Glare wasn't an issue, it was moreso trying to get a good view in general given the angle of the glass. The zoo wanted to keep the bats in a diurnal setting since they were fairly active during the day anyways, and so they would have a proper circadian rhythm. That said, the cave system is beyond well-done, a good reuse of an older exhibit, I do think they could have fabricated some stalactites/stalagmites for the bats to climb onto personally but that's just me.
